Good morning ladies and gentlemen,

I'd highly appreciate some assistance in re-assembling the relay unit of a Beogram 1203 relay box.

It was dismantled for cleaning the contacts.

Unluckily I've no clue what the correct position of the spring (see picture) is Sad

The SM wasn't helpful to me regarding that question.

(and I've no idea why I didn't shoot some fotos of it BEFORE dismantling Whistle )

I hope someone can give a support or send a helping picture.

Thanks,

Alex

Thank you very much, Martin! It's really helpful and solved the issue with the spring.

But the deck shows two other issues:

The light bulb starts slimming as soon as the deck is connected to the mains.

Beside of this misbehavior it works as it should and lights up when pressing the Start/Stop button.

Second issue: It happens often with different LP's that the end of the disc the tonearm is snatched back prior to being lifted. The cam wheel has already been cleaned and the lift mechanism is working correctly when activated by the button.

Any thoughts on this?

Cheers

Alex
