Hi

I have been looking for refurbished penta's for some time now as I originally bought a pair of MKII's that had problems with power amps, crossovers and mid range units -they worked but never sounded that good. So I wondered if anyone had any experience of these people and if the entire units have been refurbished or if it is just the mid ranges - interested if anyone has purchased from them or if the seller is in fact part of this forum

I don't know the seller - could be alright.
However, only 10 words about the condition of the speakers but about one hundred full lines of text about
what to do before returning items and several hundreds regarding selling terms ...

Listed as Mk3, but stated as Type 6601 (which is Mk1).
Not even a photo of the actual item.
- Seriously ?...

Thanks Martin - good to have advice before taking  decision - worrying that they are MK1's

Has anyone else had any experience, I am inclined now to wait
