Hey guys, i've just became the proud owner of a mint pair of mk3 penta's but i have no experience at all with active speakers.
My goal is to stream directly from my itunes library to the speakers (macbook pro)
Now.. I'm sure these are all going to be silly questions, but i'm completely clueless.
How do i get them both to play and stereo? I know there are things like http://www.logitech.com/en-roeu/product/bluetooth-audio-adapter but how do i connect that to both speakers? Or how do i connect both speakers to each other?
At this point i don't even know how to connect my laptop to (both) the speakers with a simple 3.5mm or RCA cable..
Help would be seriously appreciated because now they only stand there looking pretty without sound :s
hi,
You could buy a B&O Playmaker and connect that to your beolabs - that would allow you to airplay directly to the speakers and i think also use remote control for volume?

This cable may also work for you? perhaps in conjunction with an airport express for airplay.

Hey Scott,
Thank you for responding.
That cable looks interesting, but before i invest in ordering one..
It would be the only cable i need right? Like, i wouldn't need any more cables to link the speakers to each other?
And also, i'm not yet sure if i'll keep the penta's or use beolab 6000's, i presume that cable works the same way with 6000s should i switch to those eventually?
Thank you for your response
