Have just upgraded humax freesat model to humax hdr1100s with humax hd1000 in puc which worked okay at initial set up following the universal remote set up too. Now unable to use b and o remote for anything other than on off and volume. Tv switches off after about 30 seconds. Reset universal remote to normal mode but has no effect. Connections were 1 v-mem+stb now 1 v-mem and pc for stb which is connected via hdmi to dvi with rca red and white for volume. Any ideas please?

Corrections to above - for p/w read pin, pc was in av4 and red and white cables were for sound.

In the absence of any response re-tried the following: with tv and stb in standby set universal humax handset to normal mode. Added link to b and o handset beo4 to re-link to tv?? Switched tv and stb on and now instead of the humax kicking in ahead of the pin code screen there is a blank screen so entered pin as if there and selected tv button and was now able to access the menu screen on the tv via the beo4 remote. Switched to sat using the dtv button and now able to view the transmission. Okay so far but might consider disabling the pin if lose status quo after 12 hours. May also update puc although working without incase the software change stabilises the situation. Getting life out of an old dog with the newer equipment is not easy.
