Just wandering if its possible to use my H4s and/or Airpods with the 11-46 as I have recently set up this TV for the first time since purchase earlier on in the year. Little to no experience of using it. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Also curious on the best calibrated settings as the motion/panning seems very noticeable to me and rather distracting. Otherwise seems to be an impressive set.

Thanks,
Simon.

B&O products are V1-32, BS2, H95, E8 and an Essence remote.
11-46 now replaced with Sony A90J 65”, Sony HT-A9, Sony UBP-X800M2 and Sony SRS-NS7.

There is a thread on the topic regarding bluetooth and BV11 here

BV 11 does not support Bluetooth natively.

Regarding settings I followed the recommendations in this article.

You can switch off movie mode in case the soap opera effect is annoying.

I don't think you can

From memory the first TV you could pair your BT headphones with is with the BV14

Older TV's from memory you had to buy some sort of dongle as far as I can remember.

Exactly. That was the topic of the link I posted. Smile

Hi Simon,

Yes, you can use any wired or wireless headphones with the BV11-46, you just need to add a bluetooth transmitter (any model with a "press to pair" button should be fine).  A simple cable from the TV (via any PL output socket) to either the transmitter or direct to wired headphones is then all you need:-

https://soundsheavenly.com/televisions/32-389-headphone-adapter-for-beoplay-v1-beovision-1112avant-rj45-powerlink-to-minijack.html#/9-length-18m

You can then set up a Speaker Group for the headphones to give you full control over the volume, speaker role and tone for this output.

Kind regards, Steve.

Steve.

The only way I can remove the horrible opera/motion plus effect is by choosing picture mode Game or Monitor

Thanks for the replies guys. Steve, I will be in touch about the required cable if I decide to go ahead with adding headphones in the near future.

Thanks again, Simon.

To remove the "soap opera effect" i did settings under "Picture Adjustments" and "Advanced Setting".

There you can set "Judder cancel" to "off".

Make sure to store the settings before leaving the menu.-

My post ended up in moderation so I do a new try....

You can change settings for jidder control under picture settings and advanced.

I have mine set to off, and have no soap opera effect.
