Not sure if it has already been discussed, but trying to increase/decrease the volume through Siri when the B&O app is running effectively increase/decrease the volume but also ...... stops the music. Anyone tried?

I think, you cannot do it from B&O app, because, its a part of airplay 2 function. And you need to put the product into homekit app to apple, to get work siri to the product.

Add a new accessories in homekit. then start to play airplay to the B&O speaker, try now to reach the volum and stop and paus.

because siri is not apart of beolink. that is a part of apple airplay 2.

My logic is that the app currently controlling the master volume should be Siri manageable. Asking Siri to lower the volume should act on the master control which is the App in this case versus asking Siri to lower the volume on a particular device which in this case would require to be an airplay audio device registered in your Home, don’t you think?

Note that the B&O app reacts to the Siri command as I can see the volume knob moving accordingly, just that it stops the stream.

The Siri only control the volum of the AirPlay function. B&o app is design without Siri functional.

If that is possible to fix in an upgrade off the b&o only the designer off the app can tell..

Because you need to design the app to support siri. Its how they design the app.

so it will only Been possible with AirPlay Now.

And accesetiliy i dont think b&o will us ressurs on this, because you only can use AirPlay 2. And the Siri work:)
