I have recently installed a BeoSound 5 with 2 Encores and they have been working superbly. Today the Encore in my study fell silent after 20 minutes listening to the Radio and thinking there was a problem with the transmission I tried NMusic but without success. I turned the encore off then on again and it worked perfectly for another 20 minutes before stopping. The display gives no indication of any irregularities.
I tried re-booting the Encore but it made no difference - has anyone experienced similar difficulties?

UPDATE: Solved my own problem!
If the volume is down to just music in the background the B & O S8 speakers think there is no signal and so go into stand-by after 15 minutes or so.
A good explanation to my wife of how I have to keep the music turned up in my study!
