Having fixed the connection problem between the beomaster 7000 and the beovision I thought the beomaster needed a good dusting and managed to drop the line in/out cover into an inaccessible place, any ideas how to get a replacement?

I don't think it's a general part you could go and buy somewhere. If you can't find a proper plug, you can always make one from a spare 5-pin DIN plug. It's just two wire links between pins.
(resist the temptation of using two paper clips - that could work for a while...)

Mika,
Thanks very much for this, which pins?
1 to 3 and 4 to 5 - see picture, which actually shows how the arrangement physically looks like.
Mika, thanks for all your help. Paul
