Config tool V6 will not download config to my Beo5

I have created a new config for my Beo5. It will not download configuration onto my Beo5.

Using Windows XP, Config tool V6.0, Virtual Box on MacBook.

Any Ideas?

Beosound 8, Beotime, Beocom 4, Beo 5, Lutron Rania, MacBook 15" (Mid 2015), iPad Pro, iPhone 6S, B&O Play H3, Beolit 12, Form 2, A8 Headphones, B&O Play A1, B&O Essence

Just to add.....Also says works disconnected when it is plugged into MacBook and says = Charging.

Hi chris,

What is the problem?

Does the tool not connect to the beo5? If so try to install the usb drivermmanually.

Or does the tool show an error or chrash when yountrynto download the config?

I have just been searching through other forums and the USB driver will not work in Virtual box, does anyone else know anything about this?
