My moment has been working well. I noticed today, after having the touchscreen sitting on the unit for a day, the battery level indictor shows it is empty. However, if i take the back cover off the moment and check under general, the battery level says 100%.
Is this a problem with the new firmware update? Is there a way to get the battery indicator to be accurate?
My Moment has been working well too. Two weeks ago I unplugged it whilst I went on holiday, for a week and on my return I noted the same problem as yourself; despite plugging in and letting the Jukebox recharge overnight, the battery indicator showed it was virtually dead - although clearly it wasn't as all worked as normal in operation. the next day.
I performed a pin reset on the Jukebox (paperclip in the upper right hole for a few seconds...), and all returned to normal with the battery indicator. Perhaps it's firmware related or just a 'glitch', but the problem hasn't reoccurred.
