Beosystem 3 question

Hi guys

Installed bsyst 3 all working well, just annoying when I select vaux2 on the remote it goes to my sky q box pict and sound great but it keeps coming up saying recording and there is know vcr connected any ideas? I'm sure I have seems this in the past but can't remember old age lol, on a separate note Mac mini old type connected to Dvi to HDMI with 3.5 jack to phono going in to scart adaptor on av1, if HDMI A selected sound should come through?
