Is the glass sections on the two Beocenters in the topic interchangeably?

From looking at the repair manual ...

The top 'display' panels share a part number hence should be interchangeable.

The lower 'keyboard' panels have different part numbers, hence may not be interchangeable - but you may be able to swap them with limited functionality.

EDIT:  The BC9000 (and BC9500) has an additional 'Timer' function on the keyboard between 'Mute' and 'Programming' - whereas the BC8500 does not have a 'Timer'.  I would guess therefore that a BC9000 keyboard would work on a BC8500 (obviously without the timer), and that a BC8500 keyboard may well work fully on a BC9000 - you may be able to select 'timer' by simply pressing in the space.

Thank you  precise and accurate answer!
