Beoplay customer support help!

Aagh! Someone please help! 

I placed an order early yesterday for the new H5 earphones. The order seemed to go wonky and I didn't get a confirmation email. I tweeted Beoplay and they said if I hadn't got an email then the order hadn't gone through.

So, I went to a retail store and bought some at lunchtime.

This afternoon, another set has arrived from my online order. So it had gone through after all!

So, I went to the returns page on the Beoplay website and you have to put in your order number, which I don't have because I never received an email and there was no documentation in the parcel. And you have to choose a product which I can't do because the H5 hasn't been added to the list of products yet! I've emailed customer support and they've just sent me a link to the page again! I'm going round in bloody circles!

Does anyone have a telephone number for BeoPlay customer support?

I'm sure your retailer can take the other pair off your hands and sell those instead and give you a refund for the ones you bought there?

Apparently not. They told me they are separate operations.

Might sound obvious, but have you checked your junk mail? A lot of confirmations for stuff I have bought on line seems to end up in there

Why can't you just take the ones you purchased from the retail store back?

I Thank its possible to bring it back to the shop but I don't think the shop owner isn't very happy with it. Because he is not making any profit of it because the bad customer service of his headquarter.

And B&O of course is more then happy because they will make double profit because the have sold an item and don't have to give any discount because they deliver directly to the end consumer.

They told me I couldn't because I had opened them.
