I bought used Beolab 1 speakers , don't understand where the power going inn.
i am missing a board at the bottom, where can i buy?

I want connect to a PC, just for the sound how do i do that.

You can see the sockets under a pair of Beolab 1 speakers here:-

You need a mains power cable for each speaker:-

To connect two speaker to a device with a headphone socket (ie. your PC), please use this cable, which connects to the RCA/Line socket under each speaker (not the 8 pin sockets):-

Please set both speakers to "Line" mode using the small switch next to the input sockets.
