Hi All,

Brand new to the forum and just recently bought my first B&O product...H8 headphones. They are great, but just I experienced an issue while trying to perform a firmware upgrade. I had the USB connected to the H8 and my PC. The instructions stated that I should push the "on" button all the way up and hold it until the led light turned red. I did that and then hit "continue" and received a message stating that something had gone wrong and I was instructed to start over. However, the indicator light is no longer working, not even when plugged into a wall outlet (charging indicator not working). I took the battery out for about 5 minutes and replaced it. Still not working. Bluetooth will not connect either.

Any help would be much appreciated!

UPDATE: I performed the steps again and the firmware downloaded and all is well. :-)
