The title says it all...

I bought a Beosystem 4 and cannot get past the pincode Startup Screen, because GO button does not work.

I have an older Version of Beo 4 (DTV/V.MEM/A.MEM), no Back or Play, just Stop and Exit Buttons.
The Center of the Joystick should be ENTER (or similar).

What button on my Beo 4 can be used?

Or do I Need to get a Beo 4 NAVI or a Beoremote One?

Ralf

Try using the PLAY button instead.

SELECT is the play button on the Beo4, it is in the middle of the arrow buttons

Unfortunately it does not work...

You were part of another thread with a 7-55 with the same issue, where the solution(most likely) was to get a Navi version, it most likely will not work until you get the Navi Beo4.

Unfortunately the original poster in that thread never returned to inform us, if any of the suggested solutions had worked ;-(

I'd say - get a Beo4/navi....and remember to set it to Mode1.

There is a tv - and there is a BV

I just bought a navi Beo 4 and will update this thread and the other one as well (could not find it yesterday). The remote will arrive next week.

Thanks for your help!
