How to quickly exit Beosystem4 setup menu with BEO 4 remote.

I have a Beo4 remote and a Beosystem 4. I often play a Blu-ray music concert and go into the Menu/Setup/Sound/Sound Modes/ and select Music. But it would be nice to know if there is a quick way to now exit the selection process rather than having to keep pushing the Back button. My Beo4 remote is the version with the joystick.  Thanks

Push the button, that you have assigned for the Blu Ray player (maybe it is the 'DVD' button).

But why not just use the Beo4 for choosing the sound mode?

Doesn't a long press on 'Back' button do just that?

I'm not at home currently, so can't verify.
