Does the software in a BeoPlay A8 MK2 ever need to be updated? Frequently while streaming TV to the device it drops the sound for 10 - 15 minutes, then sound returns for a while only to drop the sound again. Could a software update correct this problem? Or, is this just chronic issues with this device? Also, I don’t know how to get the device to connect to WiFi. I this not possible anymore. The device still shows on the B&O app as available for WIFI connection. Everytime I try to connect It to WiFi through the app it never seems to show up on the Network. Is anyone else having these issues? I would definitely appreciate any comments or suggestions.
