New BS1 Timerplay

Recently I purchased a BS1 for my guest bedroom and bathroom.

I really love the looks and sound. It's an amazing product and setting it up is very easy.

The connection, wireless or wired is very stable.

But I have a question for you.

I want to wake up with the sound of my BS1 and want to use a timer-function.

In the setup is a Timers selectable, but I can't get in the menu of Timer and clocks. My BS35 and A9 do have this option. All the software is up to date.

Do you know a solution how to set the timer for the BS1?

Or, can I link the BS1, for timerplay to my A9 or BS35?

Any help would be appreciated.

Good question and it got me thinking

I logged in to the BeoMusic app and in this app, under each product you can scroll down and see all the "timers" and "product settings"

I clicked timers on the BS1 in my network and nothing came up

I clicked timers on the A9 in my network and there is a menu option for "clock and timers"

So i agree with you, it appears that you can set a timer for an A9, but not a BS1. Odd.

The wake-up/timer functionality is currently not available in the BeoSound 1. It comes however very soon, via a SW update

That is great! I noticed yesterday that a timer function was missing. Will the LINK icon for Beosound 1 in Beosound Moment be updated as well?

The timer functionality is now available since the latest update since 18 November.

Works like a charm.

Now you can wake up with the beautiful sound of the BS1.
