Hi @ all

I have a problem with my BM4000.
Some keys do not work anymore:

Filter low and speaker1 do not lock anymore!

The Loudnes and Ambio buttons are very hard to press, but they still work.

I once had a similar problem with my BM 3000 and had to disassemble the device almost completely to get to the keys.
Unfortunately, you can not replace the shift linkage so the repair attempt was out.
Does anyone have a tip for repair?

is there no one who can help me with my key problem or give a tip?

I inserted a picture of the broken buttons,

the loudness button is pressed constantly and has no reset option;
Key Speaker 1 does not engage;
the filter LOW button no longer locks;
the AMBIO and MONO buttons are heavy-handed, but still lock;

How do I get to the key mechanics? can you fix something there?

Thanks Keith, that's exactly the part I need!

I'll ask Martin if he has any more available!
