using Bang&olufsen dvd player to AV9000, when both monitor scart sockets are used

HI all,

would anyone have any ideas how i can conect a DVD2 player to my AV9000 via scart?

Its ment to be plugged into scart socket AV2 on the monitor, but i have a digital TV box plugged into that to work the television, ive installed a STB-C module so i can control the digi box with the Beo4 remote.

Socket AV1 has the built in video player plugged into it.

I found one of those original Bang&olufsen AV2 expander boxes, but its a later one part 8089111,  it does not seem to do anything, but ive been told these later expanders were for the later one way Beo4 controled AV9000's and avants, mines an earler 2 way remote controled one, and have been told i need the older AV2 expander part number 8089086, which says CDV on the output rarther than DVD.

Is there another way i can use my DVD2 player with my AV9000? and with pressing either CDV on a beolink 5000 or 7000 remote, or DVD on a Beo4 to actuate it.?

I have been told third party scart splitters are no good as they do not allow remote control signals to pass through into the beovision ?

HAS ANYONE GOT AN EARLY AV2 EXPANDER part  8089086?
