I have a Beotalk 1200 which has been working fine until recently. Now, the caller can't hear the message or the tone which prompts them to leave a message. But, the message plays and can be heard when "listening in", and the caller can actually leave a message; its just that there is no prompt to do so! My local dealer has never come across this problem. Any suggestions please?

I'm afraid the only suggestion I can offer is to try a factory re-set. To do this enter the following code:
+ 0 1 2 3 4 +
Your dealer has probably already told you that BeoTalk1200 is now out of service life meaning that Bang & Olufsen now longer offer parts or a repair service on this model.

hello - are there any new ideas? Some problem with my Beotalk 1100 and I think the issue can not be a big one...
