Hello,

I've now almost completely completed my setup in my new flat, only the videoprojector part still needs some work (mounting the VP on the ceiling and installing a motorised screen).

My setup consists in : BV8-40+Atlona 4x2+Sony projector+2x BL3 (front)+2x BL4000 (rear)

Now I have some small things to solve :

1. The Atlona 4x2 HDMI switch is working well with the BV8, it works with the PUC as if it were integrated HDMI (B1, B2, B3, B4). Only problem : I like to have a small power consumption in standby, and strangely, the BV8 doesn't turn off the Atlona when I turn the BV off (and on the opposite, when switching the BV8 ON, the BV8 doesn't switch ON the Atlona).  If something knows how to correct this behaviour, it would be fine.

2. There is a strange thing with the DVB-HD module, it seems to have made itself a copy of my favorite channels selections, called ONID:8442. Any idea how this happened?

3. I've heard that somebody, somewhere, managed to connect a BS5 Encore to a BV by connecting the powerlink outputs of the Encore to the powerlink outputs of the BV... I've tried that, and it didn't work : I connected a Y powerlink cable on the Encore, one output on one Beolab, and the other output on one of the front Beolab output of the BV, then the second beolab connected to the BV. What happens is that when I turn the BS5E on, only the beolab connected in direct turns on.
So currently, the Encore is only for the bedroom, the living room being fed by Airplay... And I really would prefer the opposite! Big Smile

As a workaround you can connect the PowerLink Out from the Encore to an AV Socket of your TV (eg a SCART or CINCH=CAMERA input)
A custom made adapter cable will be required - ask Steve from Sounds Heavenly ...
