Hi

Because of a provider change, we had to change our isdn basestation (MKI) to a new old stock pstn basestation (MKI) we bought.  In the beginning everything seemed to work well, but then we recognised that the incoming calls don't show the numbers of the incoming call anymore. Instead the whole display blinks on all the handsets. I haven't found a hint in one of the manuals how to switch this on an off. The problem doesn't exist with a regular pstn phone.

Every contribution to solve this problem will be highly appreciated.

Best regards, David

Hi Beowild

The Caller ID feature is not something you can switch on & off on the BeoCom6000. If your telephone network provider offers this feature, the handset will display the incoming number. Some telephone companies charge for this service. If you have switched supplier you may need to check if your line rental includes Caller ID.
