Morning All,

I have a question about the voltages I'm getting at the outputs (Plug 31) of my recapped BM2200 power module, measured cold with no load.  Figures in brackets are what the service manual states:

  • Pin1: -30,5v   (-30v)
  • Pin2: +30,3v  (+30v)
  • Pin3: +36,2v  (+35v)
  • Pin4: +14,5v  (+15v)
  • Pin5: +6,3v     (+5,7v)

The unit is set to 240v (UK) and I'm getting 244v coming in.

My only concern is that the outputs at Pin 3 and 5 are a little high.

Are these readings within what you would regard as normal tolerances?

Thanks for your advice.

Regards,

The figures in the servicemanual are given under normal working conditions, - yours with no load.
You are comparing apples and pears..

Your figures look fine, I'd say.

Martin
