Hi all,
I hope someone might be able to help me. I purchased a bv7-40 mk6 on eBay listed as perfect. It appeared to be working when I collected the tv. However, when home and set up I noticed there was an occasional flicker when the menus were on screen. after a few weeks of minimal use the tele then would intermittently show no picture just sound. And now it will only show a picture when the menu is selected and only for 30 seconds or so. No picture through dtv, blu-ray or external sources. Sound is fine.
any idea what the problem might be? Would the seller have known about the fault or could it be coincidence? Is it worth taking the back off, cleaning. Or replacing parts?

Try to reconnect the HDMI cables.
