Hi! Anybody have tried to use 2 center speakers?

I am concerned about delays and maybe subtle tone discrepancies.

As you probably saw in my other topic I am using a beolab 6000 as center speaker and I am wondering ( as my Rotel rsx 1057 has 2 center pre outs) how will sound my system with 2 6000's as center speakers.

Ad the second thought: it will be both front or front and rear?

Thanks!

I think it can work really well. I ran my cinema room with 2 centres for a while, helped really lock the vocal in the centre of the screen, I ran one above and below the screen though.

Only issue I can see if you want to run them either side is anyone sitting of to one side may loose lock on the screen slightly.

Thats much better since they look very good together. I am also looking in to this solution, but hard to find good used cheap bl4000, in the right colour :). I want two silver with black frets that would match my bl8000 and pentas.

I use a 3500 as a centre speaker to match my 8000s looks very good. Would probably look even better with 6000s. I've had the 3500 modified so it acts as a Normal speaker using the power link socket instead of the masterlink socket.
