BV10 issues

Hi

My Beovision 10 has started acting up

It will switch on and the screen comes on for approximately 5 minutes then the picture splits in half.

Half the screen is still from whatever is on whilst the other half shows the current TV images then approx 5 minutes after the display disappears.

Last time it went blue.

Sound remains ok.

If I turn it ff then on again there is sound but no display.

If I leave it off a while it starts up OK again before going through the previous issue.

Any help appreciated.

Doesn't sounds good. Have you updated the software to the final version? Perhaps worth a try. I downloaded it and installed via USB a year ago or so which updated the interface etc.

Is this when using the internal (inbuilt) freeview?

If not, what happens when you connect an external source, like a DVD Player or Sky Box?

No happens on sky, freeview and apple TV

all are connected.

I tried turning external sources off and using freeview only as the last attempt but it still occurred
