New H9i recently updated with the LED not working anymore

I've just bought a new Natural color H9i, and when I was setting the device up, I updated it via my smartphone B&O App, and since that, my headphone started showing the following problems:

 

- I'm unable to make the LED on it to work.

- The App of my smartphone doesn't recognise the headphone anymore.

 

I can still use the headphone with bluetooth from my smartphone, but I'm unable to make the headphone recognise another devices.

I tried to move the switch position for over 10 seconds to reset it to factory settings, but the red light does not appear.

I tried to remove the battery and than put it back, but the problem continues.

I live in Brazil, and it seems to have only one Tech suport here, in a place 1.000km away from my home. I've just got the headphone today and it have this kind of problems. 

I tried to look online for anything that could help, but nothing solved the problem. I hope that there is a desktop app that can reset the headphone, so I can use all of its functions again. I won't have my smartphone forever, and I want to use this headphone with another devices.

Can anyone tell me what can I do to solve this problem?
