Hello everyone,
Pair of BL 8000 connected to BV 8 40 (front speakers) the one with "switch position to left" works fine.
The one with "switch positions to Right" has no sound but the green light is ON.
When I change the switch to MIDDLE position or to the LEFT position I do hear sound but I believe is not the "correct" sound.
Changed the "thin" working power link cables but got same result.
Changed the setting on the switch from LEFT to RIGHT and on the second BL 8000 from RIGHT to LEFT.
The BL 8000 with switch set to LEFT works fine but I get no sound from the BL 8000 with switch set to RIGHT
Removed the BL8000 and using the same cables (in the same setup with BV 8-40) connected BL3s and they both work fine (I have sound from the "Right" and "Left" BL3)
Please for your advice. Must take them both to B&O service or I am doing someting wrong ?
Thank you !

I had this with mine recently, it was the old foam, a common problem apparently. I had new foam on both as if one had gone the other could go at any point. Quick and easy job for my local service centre and didn't cost that much either.
After all Beolab 8000 are fine. It was my mistake !
I had the switch to position LINE position instead of the position RIGHT.
All OK now !
Thank you very much kallasr and badgersurf for you reply !
