Hello,

My 2012 V1 32 of the bedroom stopped working suddenly

In fact, I can see the green led when plugging it in the wall but il doesn't react to Beo4

I've tried with another Beo 4, same result

I've tried unplugging for a long time, so now I see green then slowly flashing red light

Any idea ?? IR sensor?

I'm lost Sad

If you have wake-on-lan activated (which isn't the default), try to turn your V1 on via the Bang & Olufsen app.

Well I've had a similar issue at the beginning of the 4th year after our purchase and they tried replacing the IR sensor but the problem was eventually located on the main chassis.

I hope the source of your problem is located elsewhere and easily fixable at a reasonable price because the chassis is a very expensive part.

Best of luck.

Just out of curiosity, was the issue resolved (and how)?
