Just checking I've not missed something obvious...
Recently took my BV10 off the wall and put it on an easel stand (looks great, photo later), and in the process, disconnected everything. Now trying to just get a picture back. Plugged into power, reconnected the aerial cable to the middle socket (not the one labeled RF OUT), but no picture. Message says "signal low or lost, please check your connection".
Checked again, went to menu settings, tuning, reset all. BV10 goes though its paces, fails to find any channels.
Wondering what the problem might be? Could it be the DVB-HD module didn't like being disconnected? Is is a software issue?
Have googled and read instructions, to no avail...
Help!
Doesn't seem good...
I had the same issue (on a BV8-40 which is basically the same TV internally), but the DVB-HD blew out with everything linked in HDMI (DVB-HD is linked internally by HDMI) : Atlona Switch, Playstation 3 (which was completely turned off at the time)... And of course the HDMI inputs on the motherboard...
I hope that on your side it's only the DVB-HD module. As I didn't found any module in spare parts (it's not on the B&O spare parts system anymore), I ended up with a new motherboard and a STB for DVB-HD (and of course the Apple TV, which has a nice app in France with all the aerial DVB channels).
Check that you still have your HDMI input working and use a STB with the correct PUC for a quick solution.
