Since we don't how how long DLNA search is going to take to implement in the Bang & Olufsen application on iOS (and Android), perhaps the programming team can consider the following suggestion:
mplement the "browser by letter" (see image below) functionality in many applications currently on the market, in the scrolling lists in the B&O app. Would this be easier to implement and release as in intermediate step before a full DLNA search can be released?
This would greatly reduce the need to scroll when a search function is not available.
I’ve made this suggestion to the team months ago, I hope it will be released some day...

Apologies, I hadn't seen it.
No need to apologize Sal, I discussed this with the B&O development team privately (while testing beta releases), not here on Beoworld!
And don’t hesitate to remind B&O about this by using the messaye box on the app... maybe if we are many, it will be pushed higher on the list!
The Moment does something like this. It works well and makes total sense for navigating large collections. It was always annoying that the BeoSound 5 lacked this very useful feature.
Would be nice, yes!

Just sent feedback through the app. Let's hope that the developers implement it, but I'm not holding my breath.

The Beosound 5 has indeed this feature (or it's just on the BS5 Encore, but I'm quite sure it was on the BS5) : when in artist or album mode, you just have to scroll very quickly and instead of the covers or artist's names, you get an alphabetical list to select the first letter.
