I'm about to repair a B & O 1700 Type 2605 and would like a list of components in particular the output transistors which I suspect blown. The circuits don't show what they are, where can I get a copy of the list ?

That will be a Beolab 1700.

The servicemanual springs to mind...
Downloadable from our main website for silver and gold members (easily worth the small membership cost).

Alternatively, some units have service info in a small envelope sitting inside.
You could also look at the transistors.

Hi Martin,

I have the service manual with schematic, there is no components list, otherwise I wouldn't have asked the question. There is no small envelope inside. True I could look at the transistors but somebody has already been at it and I suspect the outputs which were replaced with BD142's should have  Darlington ones.

I tried to become a silver member, for some reason I couldn't get into it. I will try again later tonight.

BD697 / BD698 originally.
Darlingtons indeed (complementary).

I just checked my notes and found TIP120/125 was used in some units.
