Hi all
For a long time - some years - my ipad (full size) has been working fine in the A3 dock, playing and charging without incident.
Then, a few days ago I noticed that all the functions I would expect when docked, have ceased. The ipad won’t charge while docked and no sound comes from the docking station, only from the ipad, whether I play music or a video.
I’ve tried re-booting the ipad and checking to see if the A3 connector has developed a problem, but can’t spot anything.
What might people suggest I try next please ? All and any suggestions are most welcome

My A3 developed similar symptoms some time ago. The fault lay with the power jack connection into the A3. Very poorly made and apparently not repairable. I have still to discover a way of opening up the A3 so that the connection/socket can be replaced or repaired,
Of course your A3 may have a different fault.
