We have a Beovision 10 that we are trying to connect with Apple TV.
I have used the HDMI cable that was being used with a Blue Ray player however the Apple TV remote only turns the TV on but no picture appears so unable to set up the connection properly.
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated?

If it's Apple TV4, try pressing the ATV remote's MENU and VOLUME DOWN buttons together until the ATV cycles through the video output formats. Then simply accept the one that works.
