Morning all

This morning I had music on from the moment to my V1

Went downstairs to turn it off

Screen was off

Tried the volume and it was clicking but with no sound changes.

Put a pin into the reset bit for 5 seconds.

Now it does nothing

Just clicking normally when it’s put on charge.

Any ideas?

Hi Seanie,

try a longer pin-reset on booth devices (15 sec.). Then wait until the SH has finished the restart (steady LEd on the back), before placing the JB back on the SH. After the JB is back, everything should be fine again.
