Beosound moment stopped working

hi all, 

‘I wondered if anyone can help? I have a beosound moment just over 2 years old but last week the display would no longer activate. 

‘I can still get music via my app and the base station but the touchscreen no longer works at all. 

‘I have tried all the various resets and have emailed the store I bought it from and b&o tech help but have heard nothing back at all. Has anyone experienced anything similar or can advise of any known fixes? 

‘Appreciate any help which can be offered.

Hi Rich,

I had the same thing happening to mine after the sw update that resulted in a the screen always being powered on. B&O knew this was an issue.

Sorted out be replacing the battery - free of charge.

thank you for your message, let’s hope it’s the same issue. I will mention it to B&O when they come back to me.

Same as get it sorted under warrantee.

Mine was purchased Jan16 so still covered.

Never did find out what happened but I got a new top piece
