MX 4500 repair (vertical collapse????)

Hi,

I suspect im (way) out of my depth messing around with this TV and wondered if anyone knew of a company or an enthusiastic specialist in the UK who could help repair it? 

Im based in the north west of England (Preston) but willing to travel a sensible distance.

The tv was working fine until I adjusted the vertical alignment (inside the set) and the imaged went off (sound still ok). I suspect its the knob itself that has failed but unsure. Id love for someone to be able to help correct this set. It looks fantastic (only just bought it and had issues straight away : (
