How do I know how much charge is left in the case ? The led indicator only show the level when it is plugged.

Welcome to BeoWorld! If you take the E8s out of the charging case and put them back in, the LEDs on the back will light up (the same as when you plug the charging case in to charge it up) and you'll be able to see how much is left. Smile

Thx for the reply. I never noticed that it turn on when I put the earbuds back in the case. You need to be fast, it doesn't show very long.

Small question: do you encounter drop out problems as discussed elsewhere on the forum? Or does your E8 work properly? The E8 really looks great but reading all negative experience I’m hesitating.

BV Harmony 65 / Eclipse 55 / BL 50 / 19 / 18 / BS 2 all brass

BV Horizon 48 / V1 40 / BL 17 / Beoplay S3 all black

V1 / BL 3 / BS Essence MKII / Beoplay A3 all white

BS Moment / BS 3000 / BS 3200 / BL 400 all silver

Headphones / bluetooth speakers / BLC NL-ML / BLGateway

I know…B&O virus has grown on me !

Yeah it would be nice to see it for longer (or even see charge stats for the case on the phone like you can with AirPods).

I’m on my second pair now (first pair that I got on day 1 had the left/right volume sync problem and I returned them before we knew it’s easily fixed with a reset). First pair was perfect otherwise and had 0 dropouts but this pair is a bit annoying and I need to have my phone in my right pocket or hands to prevent dropouts - otherwise fantastic though. I’d just buy a pair from somewhere with a good returns policy and if you do end up with a dud pair (hopefully you won’t) you can just get them to swap them out.

thanks for your reply and I’ll have a look at them when I’m near a dealer.

I did the firmware update right out of the box and only experienced minor connection issue once.

I think the connection problem you heard about was before the update. It has been solved now.

When it come to wireless earbuds E8 is the best. Audio quality is fantastic and they don't have the audio lag/delay when watching videos on Netflix or YouTube like other brands.
