MMC pick up dismantle

I am courious by nature. 

Can I in anyway split this pickup up,  just to see the inside parts - I have a couple of defect 4 & 5 to work on - without destroying the small parts?

It takes very precise equipment and lots of experience. There are several professional rebuilders that will be happy to buy or repair these before they are destroyed.
