Hi Guys,

Got a beolab 7.1 with a small dent in the grill, but cannot figure out how I  can remove the grill without breaking it.

best wishes, Ken

Slide it sideways, to the left (from memory).

If it feels like it wont budge, keep going - it will.  Sometimes I used to get a small square of rubber, hold it against the very outer edge of the grille, and tap it lightly with a small hammer to loosen it up.

For getting a small and light dent out, I used to use my thumb or fingertip. Push very gently to start with, and apply more pressure gradually if needed.  The aluminium mesh is very soft, and if you go in too hard you'll end up making more of a mess of the grille than when you started!

Hi Lee,

The Beolab 7.1 has some light damage on the top left corner, is ther anything I can do to make the damage less visable ?

Best wishes,

Ken
