Hi Beoworlders,
Next month we are getting a new wooden floor in the living room. Before the floor is placed, I want to lay a 'pvc-electric-pipe' to a location where I want to place a active non-b&o subwoofer.
I want to connect this active non-b&o subwoofer to my B&O Playmaker (together with 2 already existing bl8000's).
So on the playmaker side, I need rj45 and on the subwoofer side, I need 2x female rca.The cable needs to be +/- 15 meters long.Is this possible? Without quality-loss.Which (prefab) cable do I need?Steve from Soundsheavenly only sells them in max. 5 meters...https://soundsheavenly.com/bang-olufsen/rj45-powerlink-compatible-to-twin-phono-cable-output-from-new-bo-devices-to-amps-receivers-etc
Hi tuttivini,
Thanks for your enquiry. Please don't worry, this cable can be supplied in any length required, including 15m. The one-piece cable in your link comes in 1m, 3m and 5m lengths, or I stock these up to 20m long by combining the cable and adapter shown below (longer lengths can also be made on request, also free female RCA couplers can be included if you need them):-

Adapter: https://soundsheavenly.com/bang-olufsen/rj45-to-powerlink-compatible-clip-on-adapter-convert-new-2013-ethernet-powerlink-to-traditional-8-pin-din-powerlink
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
Kind regards, Steve.
Steve.
