Hi there i recently acquired a Beomaster 900k, this is my first B&O and so far i love it.

But here comes the question, i tried to take it apart yesterday, but couldn’t ...or was afraid of breaking something if i would force it. What am i missing ? There are six screws that seems to hold the radio in its cabinet.... what else?

I think you need to remove the feet at the bottom since they hold the chassis in place.

Not sure though if the woofers need to be removed as well, they are accessible by removing the front grilles which are held in place by some sticky tape.

But I'd start with the screws at the bottom and the rest should be easy (unless there's a hum from the mains supply;)

Not the feet.
Not the woofers.
There are either two or four large screws at the bottom.

Versions with the offset front (dial and speaker frames not flush with the front face of the wooden cabinet) also needs the
four round knobs taken off.

Then push the chassis out the back.
Apprx 10 cm out take off the internal plug for the speaker leads before you go further.
