Tracking weight for MC 1

What is the correct tracking weight for an MC 1 on a Beogram 5000?

If that's an MMC1, the recommended tracking force is 1.2g.
However, if it's an original (read 30+ years old) cartridge that hasn't been rebuilt, the best results are usually
achieved by upping that to 1.4g because internal suspensions are getting harder with age.
