Hello Members,
So, I have been using BeoPlay E8 2.0 earphones from past 1 year working amazing and totally in love with them.
Recently due to covid-19 my movement had been minimal no office, no exercise nothing. Due to which i was not using my E8 2.0 from past 2 months i guess. Yesterday, I took them out they and seems like battery was drained out totally. So i kept it on charging it for almost 2 hours but no light nothing at all. seem like totally dead. I tried using wire and wireless method but nothing at all.
With wireless i can see wireless charging pad on which i place my E8 2.0 charging case is showing change of color in light which mean the device which you are charging is compatible and charging has been started i believe.
I dont know what is the issue with this. Can any one help me in this situation.
