Beocom 5 keyboard issue.

I tried to call the pizza man tonight with Beocom 5 and realized I couldn’t dial the number 9 (and #). So the problem is limited to the low right section of the keyboard.

If someone as a clue, thank you !

I’m the only one to use this phone in a family of five and used it maybe three time a year during nine/ten years.

Everyone is at the Beocom 6000 witch is dying after twenty years of use.

It could be the battery. My Beocom 6000 did some very funny things, would not dial, lost connection with the Base and could not be used. When I replaced the battery it worked 100%
