Hi Folks I have my MX6000 hooked up to some penta 2's via powerlink, all of a sudden the speakers are not working correctly - they are switching on out of standby, but no display or sound. On the telly when selecting balance L---+---C---+---R I cannot move the balance past + to center, only between + and L / R.

Tried turning on / off powerlink and unplugged the telly no difference...

SO my question is there some sort of obscure telly setting that only B&O know best or should I start looking for a fault...?

Check if all switches on the font and on the bottom are still properly set, eg. Audio/video
to "VIDEO", Mode Switch to "L" and "R" , ...

If no success - you'll have to find out which part of the chain is faulty,
the TV, a cable or a speaker.

Since PL sockets of your TV are parallel, a fault in one connector or cable or speaker can affect
also the other channel.

Make your tests for each channel separately - writing down some notes might be useful ...

Thanks Vienna I am certain the speakers are fine all the symptoms look like the telly is playing up I just don't want to have to move the thing onto my bench... Will just use the speakers in line in mode until the telly dies completely.

But thanks nice for at least one person to suggest something ;)
