IR eye with Beosound Essence Mkll

Hi all,

Last week I bought an IR eye set for my BS Essence ll (BL9 combination). It works very nice, except for the following:

When I change sources (Tunein, Spotify or Music) I always hear a plop. However when using the B&O-app there is no plop at all.

Has anyone had the same experience? Your help is very much appreciated.

Correct

Just like when you touch an a9, a6 etc (physically), it makes that noise to alert you you are changing sources

I also have an IR eye with BSE2

However when you don't physically touch it (app) it doesn't make it. 

You can turn off these ‘notification sounds’ in the settings of the product.

I have those plops (also) when using the Beo4 remote.

I do not have this plops when I change tracks within the same source.
