Hi Mamekdi - what iOS version is your iPhone on? I had some bluetooth issues with ver 11.4 when using my BeoPlay A1s, but not with my H9is.

Ok - so likely not an OS issue. Sorry.

I just made a new test and played music on my galaxy note 9 for one hour without any dropouts VERY STRANGE !!!

Tip!

i didn't touch NO TOUCH CONTROLS , i used the controls on my phone.

UPDATE FYI:

I had contact with BEO PLAY Support they where telling me:

Dear Mr. Janssen,
Thank you for contacting the B&O Play Support regarding your H9i.
I'm sorry to hear your H9i is pausing unexpectedly. From your description, this sounds like it could be related to the proximity sensor feature. The following steps should be able to resolve this.
1- Reset the H9i (Move switch to the top position and hold for 10 seconds. When the indicator flashes red for 2 seconds, the H9i is reset to factory settings (all paired devices are removed)This means that you need to remove the product from your list of paired devices on your mobile device.
2- After turning the H9i on, wait for the LED to go out before putting them on your head. Doing this is very important because putting the headphones on your head immediately after turning them on can prevent a good calibration of the proximity sensors and cause issues of conflicting pause/play commands to the headphones.
If you wish, the proximity feature can be turned permanently off (or on), by setting the H9i into Bluetooth mode (flashing blue LED) and tapping twice on right ear cup (toggle mode LED = red is off and green = on).
Also, the proximity feature is capacitive and may periodically have difficulties with the detection. Weather conditions, humidity, ear size, and shape may have an influence on the on/off detection. For example, playback will not resume if the ear cushion doesn't cover the entire ear, if there is hair blocking the ear cup or if they are placed on the neck.
Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us again.
Kind regards,
Allyce
B&O PLAY Support
